New so anticipated color in our Stoneware Collection. It's not black, not gray, not brown. Something in the very middle of it. The color of dark rye pumpernickel bread. Heavy duty, durable, rough on the outside and glazed on the inside. These stoneware coffee cups are made to serve - to you, to your family, to your kitchen - for a very very long time. This color option goes perfectly with other stoneware in our collection.

We’ve added a touch of gold and femininity to a beautifully rugged, masculine material.

STONEWARE COFFEE CUPS ARE PRODUCED IN OUR STUDIO IN UKRAINE. SHIPMENT IS SAFE. THE LEAD TIME 2–4 WEEKS (ESTIMATED) UNLESS AVAILABLE FOR IMMEDIATE DELIVERY FROM OUR US WAREHOUSE.

Creating Comfort shipping is $6.25 per order, regardless of package size, weight or number of pieces. Shipping to EU countries is not available. Pieces in stock at the U.S. warehouse take up to 3 days to process. Made-to-order pieces currently carry a 2–4-week fulfillment estimate; if production or a large order requires longer, the supplier advises the customer. Availability and fulfillment origin affect timing. Final delivery options and charges are shown at checkout.

For an unused item, notify Chroma Rua within 14 days of delivery to arrange a change-of-mind return. There is no restocking fee. The customer pays return shipping; automatic return labels are not provided. Pack securely, preferably in the original packaging: items that arrive back damaged cannot be accepted. All returns go to the supplier's Miami return address, regardless of fulfillment origin; contact hello@chromarua.com for the address and instructions. Prior supplier return authorization is not required. Rugs and all wool pieces are excluded from change-of-mind returns. Requests beyond 14 days may be considered individually and are not guaranteed. Cancellations are reviewed case by case, especially for large custom orders already produced. Report delivery damage or defects immediately with photos of the item and packaging. Creating Comfort covers all replacement expenses for shipping damage or defects.
