Returns & Refunds

Fulfilled by Italic. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging, including the duster bag for bath and bedding. Final Call items are final sale and not eligible for ordinary returns. Italic provides the supplier return label and charges no supplier label or restocking fee; customer-facing return costs and eligibility remain governed by Chroma Rua published policies, applicable product exceptions and law. For damaged, defective, missing or incorrect items, contact Chroma Rua promptly, preferably within the supplier-requested 7 days after delivery, with photos so a replacement can be arranged. This reporting request does not limit legally protected customer remedies.
