The velvet is raised on top of the fabric and feels very soft. Perfect for interior design upholstery and reupholstery projects including but not limited to chairs, sofas, decorative pillows, ottomans, couches, bedding, and throw pillows. Also great for drapery. This fabric has a kiss coat backing.
